Please Fill Out Your Pre Travel Plans. Answer Yes To The Question That Will Ask, If You Will Be Flying in Before and After Your Cruise? Please fill this area out in entirety. (Only If You Are Arriving By Flight). Carnival will use this information for those that may need an early debarkation if you booked your flight out before noon and N 2 Vacations will need it for the people that set up transfer fees to get the times needed for Ground Transportation.

 Ground Transportation Clients

If you signed up for the $40 package it is for clients that meet all of the following criteria:  You must be flying in on Saturday the 28th, you must be staying in either the Embassy or the LaQuinta both on International Dr.  You must be booked under the blocked Group Name, instructions are below.  Those that do not meet the criteria can use other ground transportation options listed below. 

If you signed up already, make sure you have entered your pre travel arrangements on the Fun Pass Register Page.  We will be sending out further instruction shortly.

Embassy Suites and La Quinta $40 Transportation Package.
Includes the following:
August 28th - Transfer to Hotel from MCO AIRPORT.
August 29th - Pickup from hotel and transfer to Port Canaveral.
Sept 2nd - Pickup from Port Canaveral and transfer to MCO Airport.

The hotels are located on International Drive. (If hotels by the airport were selected, it would cost more in taxi fees to get around town). International Drive is in walking distance of nightly entertainment, attractions and outlet malls or within a $5 taxi fee range.

La Quinta Rates are 58.50/Standard(doubles) and 67.50/King.

To reserve Embassy guests can call 407-352-1400, choose prompt 1 for reservations and reference the Group Name: 107.3 2 Stepping Cruise. You must give a Valid Credit Card to reserve.

To reserve La Quinta guests can call 407-345-1365, choose prompt 6 for the Front Desk or extension 5510 and reference the Group Name: 2 Stepping Cruise. You must give a Valid Credit Card to reserve.
